Pensacola Swing Dance Society offers beginner-friendly West Coast Swing lessons every week. No partner or experience is required, and everyone is welcome. Every Monday at Ragon Hall, starts at 6pm.

You'll be welcomed by friendly instructors and dancers, learn the basics of West Coast Swing, meet new people, and have the opportunity to stay for social dancing afterward.

No! Many of our dancers come by themselves. We rotate partners during class so everyone has the opportunity to learn and meet new people.

Absolutely! Our beginner classes are designed specifically for people with little or no dance experience. Everyone starts somewhere.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. There's no dress code—just come ready to have fun!

Comfortable shoes with smooth soles work best. Avoid shoes with heavy tread or very sticky rubber soles, as they can make turning more difficult.

Our pricing is simple and affordable. Lessons very in price based off of day, location and special discounts being offered.

We welcome dancers of all ages. Adults of every age are encouraged to join, and young dancers ages 12–17 may attend FREE on Monday nights with a parent who remains in the room. Ages 18–25 also dance FREE on Monday nightsthrough our Next Generation Initiative.

Not at all! Like any new skill, it takes practice, but our beginner classes break everything down into easy-to-follow steps. Most people are surprised by how quickly they gain confidence.

Monday nights are our weekly West Coast Swing classes and social dance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, there's something for everyone

Absolutely! You're welcome to attend whichever class best fits your experience and schedule.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you have time to check in, meet people, and get settled before class begins.

No. Walk-ins are always welcome for our weekly Monday night classes.

Our Monday night social dance runs from 8:00 PM until approximately 10:30 PM, giving you plenty of time to practice, meet new people, and enjoy great music.

$10 per lesson, $10 for social dance. $20 for the whole. Night. 18-25 get in Free.
7pm Beginner lesson free with admission to the dance.
